The current juice consumption market is undergoing profound transformation: consumers are increasingly favoring “clean-label” products with simple ingredient lists, transparent processing methods, and preserved natural nutrients, while demand for “blended” beverages is steadily declining, and the need for scenario-based fresh-drink experiences is accelerating.
