On January 12-13, Tianye Innovation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Tianye) held its 2023 annual meeting in Jingmen, Hubei. The theme of this annual meeting is "The Light of the Field, Riding the Dragon", aiming to summarize the work achievements of the past year, commend outstanding employees, look forward to the plan for the new year, inspire all employees to unite and continue to strive towards higher goals.

The annual meeting activities are divided into three major chapters: visiting the Tianye Yichang factory and visiting the Tianye Agricultural Valley factory; We held a year-end job report, a commendation ceremony for outstanding employees, signed the 2024 task responsibility agreement, and an annual meeting dinner.

Part 1：Visit Yichang Modern Chemical Factory in Hubei Province

On the morning of January 12th, employee representatives arrived at Tianye (Yichang, Hubei) Modern Chemical Factory for their first visit. The factory has a building area of about 7000 square meters and has a high-quality production line for citrus, orange, and orange NFC. Its main business is to produce and process oranges and orange juice, with a production capacity of 10 tons per hour. The Tianye Yichang factory occupies the advantage of producing areas. After manually picking fresh oranges and citrus raw materials in Yichang, they are transported to the factory for sorting and juice extraction on the same day. Equipped with Tianye's modern juice extraction equipment, exquisite juice extraction technology, and professional production management team, Tianye focuses on business management and scientific research investment, achieving the fastest "24 hours away from trees, fresh produce" industrial model. The Yichang factory utilizes international advanced production lines and automation equipment to expand the Tianye fruit and vegetable product industry line, innovate and develop deep processing of fruit and vegetable concentrated pulp, continuously provide industrial services, improve product quality, and form an important service tenet of the Tianye Group.

Part 2：Visit Hubei Nonggu Modern Chemical Factory

Hubei Tianye Nonggu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was invested and built by Tianye Co., Ltd. in October 2015, covering an area of approximately 410 acres. It mainly produces juice raw materials for temperate fruits and vegetables such as yellow peaches, grapes, strawberries, pears, carrots, bitter gourds, as well as fermented fruit and vegetable juice beverages, preserved fruits, NFC fruit and vegetable beverages, PET sterile filling and other products.

The Tianye Nonggu project will fully utilize the advantages of abundant green fruit and vegetable resources in Qujialing. Through modern processing technology, low-temperature sterile filling technology will be adopted in a purification workshop of tens of thousands of levels to produce pure natural fruit and vegetable juice and fermented raw juice. At the same time, we will build a 2000 acre efficient, standardized, and digital demonstration planting base, develop green and ecological planting technologies, drive farmers and cooperatives to plant 200000 acres of fruits and vegetables such as yellow peaches, citrus, pears, etc., and drive the planting of 10000 acres of vegetables such as bitter gourds and carrots. This will provide abundant raw material guarantees for production and processing, and simultaneously promote the deep development of agricultural industrialization, promote local agricultural workers and farmers to increase their income and wealth, and solve the problem of farmers finding employment at their doorstep.

During the visit to the factory, the employees experienced the advanced production equipment and strict quality management of Tianye Yichang and Nonggu factories, and gained a deeper understanding of the company's products and technology.

Part 3:Work report

On the afternoon of January 13th, in a passionate chorus of "Song of the Fields", the opening ceremony of the work report conference was held. Mr. Yao Jiuzhi, Chairman, and Ms. Dan Dan, General Manager, delivered speeches respectively, summarizing the work for 2023, as well as the outlook and work deployment for the group's strategy and development in 2024.

The heads of each department of the group summarized their work for 2023 from different business dimensions, and also provided prospects for the work plan and goals for 2024.

Part 4:Outstanding Employee Award Ceremony

This year, Tianye Group has set up five major awards, including four "Labor Model" awards; 11 winners of the "Love and Dedication" award; 1 Special Contribution Award; One Outstanding Manager Award; One "Excellent Team Award". 17 colleagues from the four major branches and a branch team won awards. This honor is to reward colleagues who have worked hard, fulfilled their duties, and made important contributions to the production and development of the enterprise. They are role models and role models for all employees.

Ms. Dan Dan, the General Manager of Tianye Innovation Co., Ltd., and the responsible persons of the group's sales system, supply chain system, and production system of each subsidiary have signed target responsibility agreements for the year 2024. Require the management to lead their respective teams to make greater contributions to food safety in society in the new year, driven by innovation, quality as life, customer-centric, and efficiency as goals.

Part 6:Annual Meeting Dinner

On the evening of January 13th, the annual meeting dinner was kicked off with the performance of "On the Field of Hope" by Ms. Dan Dan, the general manager of Tianye Group. The atmosphere was high, and emotions escalated, bringing a unique visual feast to the guests and employees present. This evening party integrates various elements such as dance, three and a half sentences, songs, lucky draws, interactive games, etc. The program is exciting and full of climaxes.
